Chris and his team are vastly superior in their craftsmanship and detailed orientated job site construction. I’ve had the pleasure of working with them at my own residence - from start to finish. On occasion, when I had questions, Chris answered the phone without haste and walked me through in order to guide me to a better understanding of the tasks at hand. Meaning, I had ideas, I had concepts - he made them reality. A sound relationship during new construction and remodeling for that matter is crucial for both the contractor and home owner. That is what I received. Chris absorbed much of my stress which helped me ease into home ownership quickly and easily.

CTD is my go to construction company. Chris and his team are efficient, thorough, reasonably priced, and easy to work with. Two years ago they did a custom bathroom remodel and it turned out beautifully! Most recently, they rebuilt and leveled my kitchen cabinets, coming in to prepare for new countertops I'd ordered. They were responsive and timely, getting an unexpected job done quickly!

Chris showed up when he said he would, and finished the job before moving on to another client. He was professional, personable, and efficient from start to finish. If I need anything in the future, up to and including building a house from the ground up, I would call CTD Construction first.

Chris & his crew did a great job on my upstairs bathroom remodel. We worked together to find a design i liked with a modern feel well within my budget. Work was done in a reasonable time frame with no mess left behind. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to have upgrades done to ther home.
